Description
Practice dribbling between your legs, front to back and then executing a quick cross over.
Summary

Dribble the ball between the legs – front to back – then quickly crossover dribble. Add intensity by holding a small medicine ball in one hand and switching the ball to the other hand as you execute the dribble move.
