The Voorhees High School girls basketball program has a long history of success. This section highlights some of the program's history. Taken from documentation provided by the school and available newspaper articles, a summary of the program's season records, championships, team captains and players recognized in the media for their contributions is provided. To be sure, there are many players who made significant contributions to the program but were not formally recognized. Every successful program has the "unsung heroines" who battled for rebounds, dove for loose balls, and sacrificed for their teammates. It would be nice if we could look back in time and speak to the coaches of the past and recognize those players as well. If you have watched Voorhees girls basketball over the years you know the program is known for its gritty, tough and competitive players. While there have been many skilled and talented players, it was often the players who did the little things that made the difference.
