Practice the fundamental V- dribble.
Using the right hand practice a V-dribble. Switch to the left hand. Practice across the front of the body, to the side (left and right) and behind the back. Demonstrate how a between the legs dribble is essentially the same as a V-dribble. Move from a standard V-dribble to a between the legs V-dribble by stepping out and dribbling between the legs.
