Description

Practice a power dribble move to relieve defensive pressure.

Summary

Set up a cone at each sideline, foul line extended. Two cones at mid-court. Power dribble to the cones, back up two steps and explode towards the next cone. At the 3rd cone, retreat and explode into a one-step layup. Repeat down the opposite side.
