Description

Practice dribbling in traffic

Summary

Players line up in two columns spreading from the top of the key extended, across half court and to the opposite elbow extended – arms length apart. Two players start at the back court end of the line and dribble in and out around the players and finish with a strong, one step layup. They then step out of bounds and throw an outlet/ baseball pass to the first two “cone” people who step away from the line to receive the outlet. All other players at a cone step back one cone. The outlet players turn, dribble to the head of the line and then dribble through the “cones”. The dribblers take to last two “cone” spots after throwing the outlet pass.
