Practice the Carmelo Anthony hip swivel move to change speed and assess where to attack the defender.
Set up cones in a zig zag formation on the side of the lane. Dribble using either a cross over or between the legs move as you move through the cones. Bounce as you move from side to side. At the top rotate the hips to perform a hip swivel so you are square to the basket and attack the cone at the foul line, picking it up and finishing. Slide the cone back and repeat.
