Creating space with the dribble glide step. (video option)

Summary

Set up two cones about 20 feet apart. Start on the right cone and face forward. Slide towards the other cone and dribble between your legs (front to back) as you slide. When you reach the left cone begin to slide back towards the right cone while wrapping the ball around your back. Repeat.
