1. One player holds a ball tightly. The other player dribbles, facing the player holding the ball. On every cross over the dribbler slaps the ball hard – simulating the use of an arm bar when a defender reaches.

Face up on the dribble, slightly turned to the side. Keep the ball on the back hip.
