Description

Practice using the arm bar.

Summary

1.   Using a tennis ball, imagine it’s a defender’s hand. Pound dribble and toss the tennis ball up to shoulder height. Snatch the ball from the air, palm down as if you are keeping the defender’s hand from reaching in.

2.   Pound dribble while tossing a tennis ball up and catching it as fast as you can.
