Practice various dribble moves with high intensity.
Have the players line up five feet apart on the sideline. Practice dribbling across the court and back. Begin with the right hand. Use the following sequence of dribble moves: crossover dribble, hesitation dribble, inside out dribble, between the legs dribble, behind the back dribble, reverse dribble, pull back dribble. Move as fast as possible while maintaining control. At the opposite sideline finish with a jump stop, pivot and start back using the left hand
