Challenge the brain

One ball high one ball low; pounds switching on command.

One ball pounds one ball pound and V dribble; switch.

Pound and pin – 2 balls alternate pounds – on command pin one ball while continuing to pound the other. Pin acts like an arm bar. Pop it back up and alternate.
