Practice two ball dribbling drills to increase dexterity.
Players start at ½ court and begin dribbling slowly to the baseline using 2 balls and dribbling them simultaneously – no higher than the knee. Next dribble in a zig zag pattern. Then dribble alternating left and right hand – once down and back in a straight line then in a zig zag pattern. Challenge players to try around the back with one ball while dribbling the other and between the legs with one ball while dribbling the other.
