Description

Practice quick and precise dribble moves in a tight space.

Summary

Setup cones 3 -5 feet apart - based on desired level of difficulty. At the 1st cone do an inside out move. Then cross over, between the legs and around the back before the next cone. Repeat at the 3rd cone. At the last cones (double) stutter step and finish with a layup or a pull up jumper.
