Description

Practice ball handling skills by performing specific tasks using both hands.

Summary

Face the wall. Execute two ball pounds. Pin one ball. Dribble the other ball behind the back. Step out with the free hand / foot and flip the pinned ball off the wall with the free hand. Jump to a power dribble position and flip the other ball behind the back off the wall. Gather the balls and repeat.
