Practice two ball dribbling tasks.
Dribble two balls – one is colored. Use various two ball dribble moves. Pin the colored ball. Crossover dribble. Step out low with the free hand / foot and flip the pinned ball to a partner. After she catches the first pass flip the second ball to her. The partner now repeats the drill.
TWO BALL POUND, BETWEEN THE LEGS AND PASS
Same drill as above but dribble between the legs – scissoring on each dribble. The partner does two pushups and then hops up to set the timing for the first pass.
