Description

Practice locating and catching passes - sometimes inaccurate passes.

Summary

Two players start about 15 feet apart. One player is the passer, the other player is the receiver. The receiver is in the balanced position, with the hands shoulder width apart with her back to the passer. The passer calls “pass” and throws the pass towards the receiver. The receiver turns 180° and catches the pass using the block & tuck method. The pass is in the air as the receiver is turning. To increase the drill intensity throw passes high, low and to the side.
