Practice passing form, quick delivery of the pass, reaction time and catching passes.
Summary

Throw a pass (chest, bounce, overhead) against the wall from 3 feet away; gradually increase the intensity, passing quickly and accurately; gradually move back to 10 feet and up again to 3 feet.
