Start with 3 players on the perimeter, at the three-point line. One player is in the lane. A coach is floating outside the three-point line. Other players wait under the basket out of bounds. The coach passes to a perimeter player. The lane player closes out and defends the ball. The offensive player sweeps and attacks the basket. The next player in line steps onto the court as the help defender. If stopped by the help defender, the offensive player must stop under control and pass to an open teammate on the perimeter. Other perimeter players must move into position to receive the pass.
