Description

Practice tracking the flight of the ball, moving to the rebound and throwing an outlet pass.

Summary

Place chair on the end line, midway between the basket and the corner. Face the corner from the right of the chair. Chin the ball and pivot to face the end line wall. Throw an overhead pass against the wall at an angle that has the ball bounce to the other side of the chair. Sprint to intercept the ball before it bounces a second time. Options at this point are either pass it off the wall again and retrieve it on the other side of the chair or toss it out back to the original position, run to catch it on the first bounce and repeat. A chest pass can also be used.
