Description
Practice wrist flip passes and quick reactions to the return pass.
Summary

With one hand behind your back, in a power dribble position, pass a ball off the wall. While the first ball is in motion pass a 2nd ball off the wall. Get in a rhythm, catching (with one hand) and passing both balls off the wall. Work both your left and right hand.
