The post player slides from box to box, hands up looking for a pass. On the pass the post player catches the ball, chins it pivots, keeping the ball high and shoots the bank shot. VARIATION: The post player makes a move on a chair, runs to the box, catches pivots and shoots. Use both a forward and reverse pivot.
