Description
Practice the swim move, spin move, duck under and other post position moves. (video option)
Summary

To get the position you want in the post practice and use the following moves:

Swim Move – Moving from the left side to the right side, hit her arm with your left hand and use a swim move (the right hand “swims” over the defender’s arm bar) and step across her bottom leg into position.

Fake High / Go Low – jab step as if you are moving to the high side of the defender then step back to the low side.

Spin Move – use this move if the defender is facing you. Step between her legs and spin to one side of the defender and move in front of her.

Duck Under – Duck your head under the defender’s arm bar. Use your arm bar to raise up the defender’s arm as you duck under.

Practice the moves noted above. Place a chair on each block. Place a ball on the far side chair. Approach the first chair and make a move then step to the other chair grab the ball, chin it and make a strong move to the basket.

Variation – Add a skip pass before the first chair move.
