Description
Practice to improve quick and strong hands.
Summary

Hold a tennis ball in each hand, palms down. Drop and catch the balls before they hit the ground.

Drop the balls and catch with the opposite hand. Juggle – two balls in one hand the other arm is in an arm bar position. Let the balls bounce and then catch them. Over the opposite shoulder and catch.
