Description

Practice the Hakeem Dream Shake move.

Summary

1. Catch the ball with a hop / jump stop; reverse pivot; attack the middle stepping out with the inside (left) foot – show the ball with a fake; spin back around (right foot is the pivot foot) to face the baseline – show the ball with a fake; spin back around again and shoot the jumper.

2. Drive the middle, step out with the outside (right) foot (high side) – show the ball. Turn to the baseline show the ball again. Spin back and shoot.

3. Reverse pivot and attack the defender with a crossover dribble; cross step (right foot across towards the baseline); show the ball with a fake. Spin, pivoting on the left foot back towards the sideline until almost square to the basket. Show the ball fake again. Step through across the defender’s body and finish (like an up & under).
