Practice rebounding effort and desire. (video option)
Summary

Divide the team into a red team and a white team. Line up with a red player at each elbow and a white defender at each first hash. A coach tosses the ball up and all battle for the ball. One point is awarded to the team that secures the rebound before it hits the ground. If the ball hits the ground start play over again. Once a point is awarded two new red and two new white players come on the court. Play to ___ points.
