Drill 1: Toss the ball high off the backboard, rise up and grab the rebound with two hands. Keep the ball high and finish. Coach makes contact with the blocking pad.
Drill 2: Same as above – contact on the pump fake.
Drill 3: Same as Drill 1. On the rebound jump up again, tap the ball on the backboard (or another pad held high by a coach), land and finish.
