Description
Improve your jumping and rebounding.
Summary

Hold a basketball overhead. Jump as high as you can and touch the wall on the wall. Land softly. repeat 10 times. Next use a weighted basketball and repeat the drill. Finally, use a regulation basketball and repeat a third time. Shoot 5 free throws. Three sets.
