Practice engaging the hips and legs to improve shooting range.
Summary

Chairs at the block extended, elbow extended on both sides – maximum of 15 feet from the basket. Chairs also at the foul line, the top of the key and 4 feet beyond the top of the key.

Sit in the chair, rise up and shoot. Make 5 from each spot.
