Summary

Set two chairs about 18’to 20’ apart near the elbows. Set two other chairs about 18’ to 20’ apart and the top of the opposite 3 point circle. Two players start at the baseline in line with each chair. One has a ball. On the whistle the players sprint across to the opposite chair, passing each, sprinting behind each chair continue to sprint diagonally to the next chair (imagine a figure 8). The dribbler tries to beat the defender to the basket and make a layup. The defender tries to beat the dribbler to the basket and establish position and protect the basket. Variation: The dribbler decides to finish hard or pull up for short jumper.   X-REF – TRANSITION
