Practice foot quickness and quick change of direction.

Summary

Slowly jog down the length of the court, move your feet quickly up and down– tiny quick steps. Walk back to the other end of the court. Repeat. In third round move quickly to one side when the whistle blows, then back to the center, then the other side.
