Description

Practice flipping the ball and improving wrist snap.

Summary

Two players are spaced about 20-25 feet apart. Start with one ball. Snap the wrist to pass from one hand to the other player. Build to two balls simultaneously. One hand flips- right hand flip / left hand catch, left hand flip / right hand catch. Stop the ball with the fingertips. Then flip to the other hand in one motion. Power dribble one hand flip – left and right. Underhand long flip. One player chest passes while the other player bounce passes. Behind the back – one step longer with each pass. Improvise – figure eights into an underhand flip; around the head, around the back, around the knees and flip etc.    X-REF – PASSING
