Summary

Two lines –    sprint 12 feet, close out with 1:2 step; repeat, end with a jump stop – back to the line

Sprint 12 feet, plant and cut to the side

Sprint 12 feet, close out with 1:2 step, sprint diagonally back to the corner -jump stop.
