Practice defensive footwork at game speed and shoot free throws while winded.
Start at the lane / end line, right side facing the court.
Toe tap then slide to the opposite lane / end line, then back.
Close out to the elbow.
Slide across to the opposite elbow.
Drop step and slide diagonally back to the lane / end line.
Slide across to the opposite lane / end line.
Close out to the elbow.
Slide across to the opposite elbow.
Drop step and slide diagonally to the lane end line.
Slide to the opposite lane / end line.
Shoot 7-10 free throws. Repeat – 3 sets.
