Description
Practice transition offense in a3 on 2, 4 on 3 and 5 on 4 format.
Summary

Begin with a gold player at the foul line with a red player on each side of the lane at the low box. A line of red players is on each sideline at the elbow extended. A line of gold players is on each sideline at the elbow extended at the opposite end of the court.

The drill starts with the gold player shooting a foul shot and continuing to shoot until she misses. On the rebound the red players break the opposite way, running a 2 on 1 with the gold foul shooter. On the score or the defensive rebound a new gold player steps in from each sideline. The original gold foul shooter rebounds and outlets to one of the new gold players (if the shot is made it is played as an inbounds pass / outlet). The gold team runs a 3 on 2 break back down court with the original two red players defending. On the score or the defensive rebound a new red player steps in from each sideline. They run a 4 on 3 break (4 red on 3 gold) back the opposite way. Finally, come back playing 5 on 4. Repeat the drill with a red player at the foul line.
